Jasja J. Offereins:
I have a social science degree in teacher training for adults. I have completed several child psychology courses and along with self-study and years of experience I’ve developed myself as a child instructor.
In the past I was also a private teacher for bilingual children and their parents, helping them with their Dutch language and during my years at the International child minding agency I have also organized and guided play afternoons for expat children in Holland.
Since 2010 I was involved in the company ‘Get Set Go’, a company owned by two English mothers who develop and instruct English language courses to Dutch children at Dutch basis schools.
I like working with children, have empathy and sympathy through which I can easily put myself in their place and I try to connect with their experiences as much as possible. I am a creative and enthusiastic person and I’m socially connected.
I am a mother of a six year-old son and I am an active class parent in his school (de Witte Olifant).
